About the Role

Novami Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert with 1+ year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital advertising, data-driven marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Web Development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of practical experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certification is an added advantage.
• Experience handling B2B, B2C, local business, or service-based campaigns will be preferred.
• Experience with high-budget campaigns and lead-generation funnels will be an advantage.
