Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, including spend, CPC, CTR, and conversions, and flag anomalies.
• Support senior media buyers in budget allocation and bid optimization.
• Help draft and test ad copy variations for different audiences.
• Track and report key campaign metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA.
• Research audience segments, competitors, and market trends.
• Assist with basic campaign tracking setup using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Requirements

• 1 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience running Meta Ads for D2C e-commerce brands, including managing actual advertising spend.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Familiarity with key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Location

Candidates currently based in Delhi, Noida, or Ghaziabad will be preferred.
