Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead campaign strategy and manage our internal marketing team. The ideal candidate has proven hands-on expertise with both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong track record of driving measurable ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and scale high-converting lead generation and sales/acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, copywriters, and designers.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages.
• Provide clear performance reporting and ROI breakdowns to stakeholders and clients.

Target Niches: Experience running performance campaigns in the following industries is a strong plus:

• Solar Energy
• Real Estate & Builders
• Interior Design & Architecture

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-budget Meta & Google Ad accounts.
• Strong grasp of tracking, pixel integration, CAPI, Google Analytics, and CRM attribution.
• Ability to drive high-intent lead flow as well as direct-sales conversions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
