Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPL/CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall campaign ROI.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Create and manage A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, audiences, and creatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
• Track campaign data through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant reporting tools.
• Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns, and campaign optimization.
• Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
