Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, national campaigns, and product branding. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads and should be able to drive online sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage national/pan-India marketing campaigns.
• Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies for product branding and product launches.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
• Manage and improve Shopify e-commerce operations.
• Handle product listings, offers, promotions, and online sales campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase Amazon, Shopify, and website sales.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure good ROI.
• Work with the creative and content teams to develop effective advertisements.
• Study competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour.
• Prepare regular campaign and sales performance reports.
• Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce.
• Experience handling national campaigns.
• Experience in product branding and marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
• Good experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of online sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in scaling a product/brand across India will be an advantage.

Preferred

Experience in wellness, healthcare, nutraceuticals, FMCG, consumer products, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
