Performance Marketing Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Must-Have Skill: Hands-on experience in Google Ads OR Meta Ads (at least one is mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the content and creative teams to improve campaign results.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads — mandatory.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in lead generation or conversion-focused campaigns.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
