About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.

You will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, campaign performance, lead generation and measurable business outcomes.

This role is suited to someone who can independently manage campaigns, analyse performance data and make informed optimisation decisions while working across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets of ?2 lakh+ per brand.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign and audience data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Develop and test campaign structures, targeting, bidding, creatives and landing-page strategies.
• Identify performance issues and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign efficiency.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into measurable digital marketing strategies.
• Work with internal teams such as content, creative and account management to improve campaign outcomes.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes to advertising platforms, campaign features and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / digital marketing.
• Strong practical expertise in Google, Meta, Taboola and LinkedIN Ads and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing advertising budgets of ?2 lakh or more per brand.
• Experience with lead generation, customer acquisition or other performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Experience using data and analytics to make campaign optimisation decisions.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, freelance environment, or a combination of both.
• Ads certification is required.
• Meta Blueprint certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of deliverables.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
