We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Performance Marketer ready to take our digital growth to the next level.

📍 Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔎 What You’ll Do:

• Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.

• Track and improve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS.

• Run A/B tests to maximize performance.

• Work closely with the creative team for high-converting ads.

• Analyze performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.

• Support SEO & SEM initiatives.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

• 1–3 years experience (Executive role)

• 6–8 years experience (Manager role)

• Strong analytical mindset & hands-on campaign experience

• Education industry experience is a plus
