This position is open to qualified candidates residing in different countries: Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary or Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Georgia. Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Rwanda, and Tanzania.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be eligible to work remotely from their country of residence, subject to the company's hiring and employment arrangements.

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department, report directly to the Marketing Manager, take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels, and scale user acquisition and revenue across

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across major paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage media budgets to maximize ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Optimization & CRO: Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and target audiences to improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily KPIs, build attribution models, and deliver comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to the Marketing Manager.
• Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative/content teams and external partners to align campaign messaging with overall marketing objectives.
• Market Expansion: Drive acquisition strategies in international markets, with a strategic focus on DACH or broader European regions.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: Proven track record (min. 3–5 years) in managing performance marketing / paid acquisition campaigns with significant budgets in e-commerce, tech, or digital agencies.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong command of attribution models, cohort analysis, ROAS/ROI metrics, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), and tracking implementation.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent/Advanced English (C1 level) both written and spoken as our primary working language.
• Mindset: Proactive, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (Should-Haves / Nice-to-Haves)

• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in German (B1/B2 level) to support marketing campaigns, localization, and agency communication within DACH markets.
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, or SQL basics.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
