What they need
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Data Studio dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate with content and design teams for impactful campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and ad platform updates.
- Proven success in running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and funnel metrics.
