About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a good understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives and budgets.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and audiences.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google advertising features, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience working with an Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates who are currently based in Thrissur or willing to work from Thrissur are preferred.
