Performance Marketing Specialist – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience and keyword research.
• Test ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Track sales, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience running paid campaigns for e-commerce products.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
