Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS/reporting dashboards
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and overall performance metrics
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
• Track conversions and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing strategies
• Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient campaign spending

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Knowledge of campaign structures, targeting, and optimization
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience handling domestic brands is an advantage
• Freshers with certification or internship experience in performance marketing can also apply
