Performance Media Executive

Summary We are looking for a data-driven Performance Media Executive to plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate combines hands-on platform expertise across Meta and Google with a sharp analytical mindset, turning budgets into efficient, revenue-generating results. This role sits at the heart of our performance practice, working closely with account, creative, and analytics teams to translate client objectives into campaigns that perform.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise toward key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR,and conversion rate
• Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximise efficiency and hit performance targets
• Build and refine audience segments, lookalikes, and retargeting pools; implement and QA pixels, conversion events, and tracking
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages, and act on the results
• Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, native platform reporting) with actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to brief, launch, and iterate on campaign assets
• Support media planning, forecasting, and budget allocation for pitches and active accounts
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, privacy shifts, and emerging channels

Requirements Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency or performance-driven environment

• Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, campaign structure and optimisation
• Paid Search: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), keyword and bid management
• Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM discipline
• Reporting: Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets, building dashboards and performance narratives
• Tracking & Attribution: pixel setup, Conversions API awareness, attribution fundamentals
• Commercial: budget management, pacing, ROAS / CPA modelling, and cost-aware optimisation
• Tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Editor, and structured campaign management workflows
• Communication: strong ability to present performance results and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

• Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce funnels, and catalogue / dynamic product ads
• Exposure to programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, or affiliate/influencer campaigns
• Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or GA4
• Understanding of creative performance and the ability to brief high-converting ad concepts
• A portfolio or case studies of campaigns you have scaled with measurable results
