Performance Media Optimization Specialist(Senior/Supervisor)

About the role

This role involves developing comprehensive advertising media plans aligned with sales targets, promotional periods, and mega campaigns (such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), with flexible budget allocation across channels based on actual results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advanced campaigns across Google Search/Shopping/PMax, Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads, including bidding, audience targeting, budgets, and ad rotation to achieve optimal ROAS/CPA/CTR
• Conduct systematic A/B testing and ensure accuracy of tracking systems (Pixel, Conversion API, UTM) in collaboration with the technical team
• Prepare performance reports, present data insights, identify risks, and highlight growth opportunities to management
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM) from each platform (TikTok Shop, FB, LINE, Shopee) to align advertising with inventory and promotions
• Brief the creative team on ad asset production to meet role requirements and responsibilities

About you

• 2–4 years of experience managing Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee Ads) with budget responsibility
• Expertise in E-commerce/Marketplace advertising, particularly Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads
• Proven track record in conversion-focused campaigns and optimizing ROAS/CPA
• Data-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and coordination skills with KAMs, creative teams, and management
• Experience mentoring junior team members or managing teams is a plus
