The Role

We are hiring a Performance Physical Therapist for our Jacksonville location. You will deliver one-on-one care, guide clients through their plan of care from evaluation to discharge, and ensure an exceptional client experience and measurable outcomes. As a cash-based clinic, we give you the opportunity to take clients beyond rehab and into performance training for ongoing, proactive healthcare. Compensation & Earning Potential

This role pays a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. You will be rewarded for the outcomes you drive.

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
• Performance Bonus: 5–10% of base salary annually, based on clinic KPIs including plan-of-care conversion, patient retention, and client outcomes
• Total Earning Potential: Up to $104,500 for high performers in year one

Requirements

• Active physical therapist license in Florida (or eligible for licensure by start date)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree; 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic or sports experience
• Cash-pay experience is a plus
• Strong background in exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, and performance training
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new concepts and approach problems from new perspectives
• A sense of urgency in delivering excellent clinical care and supporting the clinic’s marketing and sales efforts
