该职位来源于猎聘 一，职能概要 Responsible for defining and releasing the overall vehicle performance targets of the project, and achieving attribute targets through process management. 负责项目车型整车整体性能目标的定义和发布，通过过程管理达成属性目标。 二，岗位职责

1，Define overall vehicle performance targets, consolidate and evaluate specific targets for each attribute, and finalize their release. 负责整车性能目标的定义，汇总各属性具体目标并进行评估确认，最终完成发布； 2，Lead meetings to track the development status of full-dimensional performance targets, drive the resolution of key issues, and ensure attribute targets are met at each milestone.. 牵头组织会议，跟踪全维度性能目标的开发状态，推进关键问题的解决，确保在各节点达成属性目标； 3，Conduct final acceptance of overall vehicle performance status and complete relevant reporting. 负责整车性能状态的最终验收，并完成相关汇报； 三，所需经验 1，统招本科以上学历，车辆工程相关专业 2，At least 5 years experience with at least 2 project management include BEV&PHEV or ICE, thermal performace background

至少5年以上项目管理经验，包括BEV&PHEV或ICE，热工性能背景

• Experience in vehicle performance validation during development. With driving licence C1 or above 有参与过整车性能开发验证经历。且持有C1及以上驾照
• Good knowledge of Chinese EV&PHEV market benchmarking 熟悉国内电动车市场，有对标经验。
• Vechicle CAE and test vaidation experience is perferred
