At 6 Star Therapy USA, we reject traditional spa pampering and generic relaxation massage. We deliver elite, clinical-grade athletic recovery and therapeutic bodywork. As a Performance Recovery Specialist (PRS), you will train directly under founder to master our proprietary, results-driven protocols. Your mission is to target the root causes of chronic pain, fix kinetic imbalances, and keep athletes, active parents, and high-performing professionals moving at their absolute best.Core Responsibilities & ProtocolsYou will be trained to execute and scale 6 Star Therapy’s signature treatments.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• High-Stamina Clinical Case Load: Must have the physical endurance to deliver consecutive, high-intensity deep tissue and myofascial release sessions.
• Advanced Biomechanics: Required to utilize proper body mechanics, leverage, and tools to maintain personal joint health and career longevity.
• Clinical Atmosphere: Work in a focused, high-energy, and professional athletic recovery studio (not a dim, quiet spa environment).

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Active California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification.
• Experience: Strong foundational background in sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, or assisted stretching.
• Mindset: Highly coachable, eager to learn a distinct clinical methodology, and passionate about sports performance and functional anatomy.
• Communication: Elite interpersonal skills to confidently explain structural issues and sell clients on long-term maintenance plans.

Pay: $25.84 - $31.12 per hour
