What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be running paid social media campaigns for our clients — brands you’re sure to recognize — across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You won’t be disconnected from the creative process; quite the opposite. Your insights will directly influence what gets created and how we test it.

Your key responsibilities:

• Planning and executing campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads — from setup and targeting to budget management and optimization
• Creating clear media plans with channel breakdowns, budget allocation, KPI targets, and testing phases
• Regularly analyzing performance: spotting trends, identifying what isn’t working, and recommending concrete next steps
• Working closely with the creative team — briefing new UGC concepts, evaluating creative through a performance lens, and helping identify winning formats
• Preparing performance reports — both for internal use and client presentations

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable insights — spreadsheets don’t scare you, and CPM, CTR, and ROAS are practical tools, not just acronyms
• Creative curiosity — you watch TikToks and Reels and find yourself wondering why some work and others don’t
• Structured thinking: you can build a plan, prioritize effectively, and see things through to completion
• English proficiency at C1 level or above — we work with international brands
