About the Role
Performance Marketing Specialist for CITY PALACE MUSEUM, JAIPUR.
Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
Develop and execute channel-specific strategies tailored to the unique audiences and objectives of each brand — from cultural and heritage experiences to hospitality and retail.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, allocating spend to maximise return on investment across all active campaigns.
Performance Optimisation
Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for key performance indicators including ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify and scale what works.
Identify underperforming campaigns early and implement data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Audience Strategy & Targeting
Build and manage audience segments including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting pools across platforms.
Develop targeted strategies for distinct audience profiles — domestic leisure travellers, international tourists, MICE buyers, wedding clients, and cultural enthusiasts.
Stay current on platform algorithm changes and audience behaviour shifts to keep targeting strategies effective.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse performance data across all paid channels, preparing regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM structures to ensure accurate attribution.
Work with the marketing team to align paid media reporting with broader campaign and brand objectives.
Collaboration & Creative Coordination
Brief the design and content teams on creative requirements for paid campaigns, ensuring assets are optimised for each platform and format.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align paid efforts with organic, PR, and on-ground marketing activities.
Liaise with external agencies or platform representatives as required to maximise campaign effectiveness.
