Job Description :

Lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives across multiple applications and platforms.

• Define Performance Test Strategy, Test Plans, Workload Models, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).

• Design and execute:

• Load Testing

• Stress Testing

• Volume Testing

• Spike Testing

• Endurance/Soak Testing

• Scalability Testing

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.

• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.

• Monitor application, server, database, and network performance metrics.

• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with development teams for remediation.

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

• Support production performance monitoring, capacity planning, and reliability initiatives.

• Mentor junior team members and drive performance testing best practices
