We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in JMeter and a strong overall background in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to JMeter. You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure our applications are stable, scalable, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, failures, and optimization opportunities
• Develop performance test strategies, plans, and workload models aligned with business needs
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues
• Monitor system performance across various testing types, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure efficient and timely test delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Apache JMeter
• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as load, stress, endurance, and scalability
• Proficiency in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and distributed test execution
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration using Jenkins or equivalent tools
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system architecture
