Mandatory Skills Qualifications
- Proficiency in NeoLoad Extensive experience with the Tricentis NeoLoad performance testing tool
- Performance Testing Concepts Solid understanding of performance engineering load testing methodologies and metrics
- Requirements Analysis Collaborating with stakeholders developers and architects to understand nonfunctional requirements and define performance testing objectives and strategies
- Technical Knowledge Familiarity with web technologies client-server architecture API testing and application performance monitoring APM tools eg Dynatrace, Splunk
- Execution Executing various types of performance tests including load stress endurance and capacity testing
- ProblemSolving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to pinpoint complex performance issues
- Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting
