Position Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Test Lead / Senior Performance Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner to lead performance testing initiatives and ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define performance testing strategy, test plans, workload models, and entry/exit criteria.
• Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing.
• Develop and maintain complex, reusable performance scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for performance optimization.
• Monitor application, database, server, and API performance during testing.
• Lead performance testing activities and mentor junior performance engineers.
• Prepare performance test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 6 + years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Good knowledge of APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, SQL, and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
