  Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in Teamcenter PLM, Active Workspace (AWC), and LoadRunner . The candidate will be responsible for designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise PLM applications, ensuring system stability and scalability under high user loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance and load testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) .
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner .
• Create complex, multi-step AWC workflows that accurately simulate real-world user activities.
• Design test scenarios for high-concurrency, peak-load, stress, and endurance testing .
• Simulate heavy data volumes and concurrent users to validate system scalability.
• Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and baseline metrics .
• Monitor and analyze application response times, throughput, resource utilization, and system behavior.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, server, and integration layers.
• Analyze LoadRunner results and prepare detailed performance test reports.
• Work closely with Teamcenter developers, functional teams, infrastructure, and database teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Support performance tuning and optimization recommendations.
• Execute regression performance testing after application or infrastructure changes.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to support successful production deployments .

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing .
• Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM performance testing.
• Experience with Active Workspace (AWC) .
• Strong expertise in Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner .
• Experience in scripting complex and multi-step AWC workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner VuGen, Controller, and Analysis .
• Experience testing applications under high concurrency and heavy data loads .
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as response time, throughput, TPS, concurrency, and resource utilization .
• Experience in identifying and analyzing performance bottlenecks .
• Good understanding of enterprise application architecture and performance testing methodologies.
