About the role
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter. Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to assess application performance and stability. Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
- Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to assess application performance and stability
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements
- Monitor system behavior under different workloads and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance-related issues
- Prepare performance test plans, reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
About you
- 5–8 years of experience as a Performance Tester
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
- Knowledge of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
- Experience in performance monitoring, test result analysis, and bottleneck identification
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and client-server architectures
- Knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis is an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
