What they need
- Performance/load testing over HTTP using a tool such as Neoload, JMeter, HP Performance Center, OctoPerf (or equivalent)
- Non-functional testing approaches (installation, performance, robustness, deployment/operability, scalability)
- Container platforms and OpenShift (container stack)
- Test infrastructure preparation (environments, tooling, pipelines)
- Structured diagnosis and analysis using observability/logging tools such as Kibana and Grafana
- Ability to analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and participate in technical diagnosis
- Release readiness reporting (GO/NOGO)
