Performance Tester - LoadRunner

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester - LoadRunner with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Hemti. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Learning / EdTech and excellent testing skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner.
• Develop and execute test cases to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain performance testing scripts and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
