• Pay starts at $15/hour + tips + 2.5% starting monthly bonus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration of our fragrance collection.
• Actively listen to customer preferences to recommend suitable perfumes that match their personality and needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining fragrance notes, brand stories, and usage tips to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in proactive selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the presentation of the perfume displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and building lasting relationships.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals through active engagement and product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• A positive attitude combined with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
