Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the team in meeting their KPIs.
• Build and nurture a strong relationship with the team.
• Do welcome calls to students and send welcome emails
• Provide information to students regarding preliminary documents
• Follow up students with supplementary documents and payments
• Do congratulatory calls and provide information regarding the releasing of e-certificates and hard copies of their certificates
• Receive calls from students regarding inquiries and/or complaints
• Request for positive reviews and referrals.

Qualifications:

• In a nutshell, you need to have at least 3-5 years of a mixed experience in SALES and COLLECTIONS.
• Great attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Persistence, patience and perseverance are a must to assist our students.
• High drive in earning not just the base salary but also getting the commissions.

KPIs:

• Payment Collection - Minimum of 10 per month
• Completion Count - Minimum of 7-8 per month
• Upsells - Minimum of 9 per month
• Referrals - Minimum of 9 per month
