Permanent Dispensary Technician

About the role

This role supports our Pharmacists and the Store in delivering a seamless patient experience through timely and accurate dispensary operations. Located in Adelaide's northern suburbs, Pharmacy 777 Golden Grove is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician to join our collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Dispensing scripts efficiently and accurately
• Triaging phone calls to ensure Pharmacists remain accessible to patients
• Assist with Webster packs and other medication packing requirements.
• Manage dispensary stock, including ordering, receiving and replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and product rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient dispensary workspace.

About you

• Previous experience in community pharmacy is beneficial
• Dispensing experience is an advantage
• Previous experience in DAA packing is beneficial
• Certificate II / III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable
• The right to live and work in Australia
• Flexibility to work on weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to personal and professional development
