Permanent LED Lighting Installer

Hero Washing installs permanent LED lighting on homes and businesses across Kitchener-Waterloo. The lights are colour-changing and app-controlled, mounted in a slim aluminum track along the roofline, and they stay up all year for holidays, game days and everyday accent lighting. We're growing our install team and hiring full-time installers.

What you'll do

• Measure rooflines and plan light layouts with the lead installer
• Mount aluminum track and pixel lights on fascia and soffits, working from ladders
• Run low-voltage (12V) wiring and connect power supplies and controllers
• Set up the lighting app on the customer's phone and show them how to use it
• Keep every job site clean and treat customers' homes with care

What we're looking for

• A valid driver's licence (G or G2) is required
• You must be comfortable working outside in all weather. We install rain or shine, including through the winter in freezing temperatures.
• Reliable, on time, and friendly with customers
• Installation experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

What you get

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time hours, 30–40 per week
• Paid, hands-on training on the lighting system
