We're Hiring Permanent Lighting Installers!

Red Shovel Landscaping is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our new Permanent Lighting Installation team!

We install high-quality, permanent outdoor lighting systems that make homes look incredible year-round.

We're looking for people who show up, work hard, take initiative, enjoy working with their hands, take pride in doing things right, and want to be part of a winning team.

What You'll Do

• Install permanent exterior lighting systems on residential homes.
• Work on ladders, rooftops, and elevated surfaces.
• Measure, mount, and secure lighting tracks, wiring, and components.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems work properly.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, electrical, roofing, exterior lighting, or similar hands-on work preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Good with tools and able to follow installation instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.

Permanent lighting experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
