Permanent Lighting Technician

Loyalty Lighting LLC is seeking a dependable W-2 Lighting Technician / Installer to join our growing team for permanent outdoor lighting installations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles to job sites, executing high-quality lighting setups using specialized tools and equipment, setting up control boxes, and providing client walkthroughs with app setup tutorials. The schedule runs Monday through Friday during the standard season (January–September), with a guaranteed 4 workdays per week during the slow season (January–March). During peak season (October–December), full-time hours are expected alongside a mandatory on-call weekend rotation provided with advance notice. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record, adhere strictly to zero-tolerance policies regarding substances on job sites, and be comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooflines.

We offer a highly competitive compensation structure that combines guaranteed earnings with strong performance incentives. Installers earn a total installation commission split between the installation crew per completed project, backed by a minimum labor guarantee of $250 per technician per job. Service calls are paid independently at a $200 daily rate, and technicians earn an additional commission on any on-site add-on sales. Additional benefits include earning 1 day of statutory paid leave per active month worked (usable after 3 months of continuous employment), take-home vehicle privileges based on performance, and an annual $3,000 loyalty bonus for completing contract terms, maintaining strong punctuality, and keeping job sites clean.
