About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Edward Meller as a prominent team member in our beautiful and upcoming new Armadale location.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our vibrant retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
• Actively participate in product training to develop comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise and brand
• Support stock management and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Previous retail experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
