PERMANENT PART TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT - CLEMENTI

About the role

We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Kitchen Crew to support our daily kitchen operations at our restaurant, café and tapas bar.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with one simple kitchen station during service.
• Prepare and plate dishes according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations.
• Handle dishwashing and keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean.
• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Support chefs with daily kitchen operations.

About you

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Kitchen or F&B experience preferred.
• Willing to handle both food preparation and dishwashing duties.
• Responsible, hardworking and a good team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to learn and take on additional kitchen responsibilities.
