About the Role

Competitive base + uncapped commission. We are looking for a 360 recruiter to own that desk and build it. This is a full 360 seat. You win your own clients and you deliver on your own roles, placing the professional end of construction: quantity surveyors, project and site managers, estimators, commercial and design staff, and the senior appointments that sit above the site teams. You bring the clients on, you run the process end to end, and you grow the accounts you win. We are not a desk-and-KPI sweatshop dressed up as something else. We hire people who can actually recruit and we give them the room to do it. But we are serious about how we work. Everything runs through our CRM, and the number that counts is the one in the system. If you log your work and build a real pipeline, the earning potential here is uncapped and genuine.

Responsibilities

• Winning new white collar clients across the construction sector
• Running the full 360 cycle: taking the brief, sourcing, screening, submitting, managing the process through to offer and placement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates so the business comes back
• Growing your accounts and your billings month on month
• Keeping your pipeline and activity accurate and visible in the CRM

Required Skills

• Recruitment experience, ideally 360 or on a perm desk, construction or white collar a strong advantage
• The confidence to win new business, not just deliver on roles handed to you
• A track record of billing, or the drive and evidence to show you will
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable being measured on output

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive base salary, based on experience
• Uncapped commission on what you bill
