• Job Type: Full-Time
• Applicant Must be equipped with laptop/PC 5th Gen/8g Ram, has his/her own headset with mic, not a mobile headset and webcam (once employed entitled for telecommute reimbursement 1450 for 30days)
• Candidate must have a stable internet not lower than 50mbps (we have Telecommute Program, a certain amount will be reimbursed)
• Willing to attend training in Ortigas
• Residing in NCR or nearby provinces only

Customer Service Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain client information by answering and placing telephone calls, interviewing clients and third parties; verifying information.
• Update pertinent software system with data gathered from telephone calls, and notating the status / disposition of each call, as required by the context.
• Interact professionally on the phone and in writing.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Properly complete call logs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Properly care for and maintain communications equipment, reporting any problems encountered.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good attention to detail
• Previous Call Center experience is an advantage
• Willing to work at night and on shifting/weekend schedules
