Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring permit document progress from all PIC and subcon all region
• Ensure permit document (hardcopy) complete submit to EMR Permit Manager to get sign.
• Ensure permit document (softcopy) complete submit to EMR system
• Make monthly plan target for submit document
• Make monthly result from plan target for submit document
• Make weekly report for all document part
• Ensure to EMR document team for all document already submit no issue until get RFS and FAC certificate
• Interface with customer every week to make sure all of document no have issue

Job Requirement and Qualification

• Has minimum 1-3 years of experience as Document Controller in telecommunication company.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Proficient to communicate in English both oral & written.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office;
• Has knowledge in document management system / document library.
• Ability work in a faced pace environment and with target.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, good attitude.
• Hold minimum Diploma's degree in Administration / Business Studies or similar.
