Permit Administrator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with permit agencies/joint pole/structure owner(s) and other 3rd parties.
• Inform internal team of permit statuses and associated timelines.
• Analyze construction and design plans to identify required permits across city, county, state, and federal agencies, including and pole-owning utilitiesfor both aerial and underground installations.
• Process permit payments, maintain financial tracking logs, and ensure all invoicing is accurate, timely, and properly recorded
• Ability and willingness to travel to various locations.
• Keeping a clean and organized work station physically and virtually.
• Time management; prioritizing work and documenting tasks.
• High attention to detail.
• Punctual for daily start time and meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) Intermediate skill level.
• Work in team environment.
• Ability to drive to local agencies to drop off and pick up permit packages.

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
