Permit & Compliance Officer

About the role

Process and secure business permits, licenses, clearances, and regulatory documents. Coordinate with government agencies including LGUs, BFP, DENR, and DOE to manage permit applications and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process and secure business permits, licenses, clearances, and regulatory documents
• Coordinate with LGUs, BFP, DENR, DOE, and other government agencies
• Monitor permit renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements
• Prepare and maintain permit-related documents and records
• Conduct field visits and government office transactions
• Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding permit and compliance requirements
• Provide regular updates on permit applications and renewals

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in permit processing, compliance, government transactions, or administrative work
• Knowledge of government permits and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Willing to conduct field work and government transactions
• Must have a motorcycle and valid driver's license
• Willing to travel to different sites and government offices
• Experience in gas station, petroleum, construction, real estate, or retail is an advantage
