What they need
We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to manage construction permits for residential projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track building permits.
Coordinate with city/county permitting offices.
Schedule and follow up on inspections.
Track permit status, approvals, and expirations.
Resolve permit issues and ensure timely approvals.
Requirements:
2+ years of construction permit experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. permitting processes.
Experience with city/county permit portals.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
