Job Description

The Permits Associate processes the permits and related payables of each Mary Grace store from opening, renewal to closure, in compliance with government regulations. They maintain strong relationships with various departments, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support regulatory and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Processing of permits and payables based on agreed lead time coupled with accuracy and efficiency

• Manage relationships with external and government agencies in terms of processing of liabilities through regular procedures

• Prepare payable vouchers, encode on the payment system, and perform reconciliation and resolution

• Prepare monthly reports and other summary tools/reports to help management on decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate of any business-related Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• Preferably with 1-3 years work experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role in Retail or Food and Beverage Industry
• Knowledgeable on BIR reporting and compliance as well as various LGU ordinances and statutes
• Preferably familiar with Google Workspace and SAP
• Open to a 5-day compressed work week (48 hours/week) and onsite work at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
