Personal Accountant - Male Candidates

We are looking for a Personal Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, investment-related activities, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting and taxation and be comfortable coordinating with external professionals such as CAs, banks, and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personal accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain records of income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investments.
• Handle Trust accounting and related financial transactions.
• Maintain and monitor investment portfolios, including shares, mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, and other investments.
• Assist with Income Tax planning, computation, returns, and related documentation.
• Handle TDS, advance tax, tax payments, and tax-related records.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and tax consultants for tax filings, assessments, and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of personal and Trust-related financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and investment summaries.
• Track income from investments, dividends, interest, and other sources.
• Ensure timely payments, statutory compliance, and proper documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and personal information.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling personal accounts of Directors / CEO accounts
• Experience in handling Investment, Trust, Taxation.
• Confident and able to handle day to day accounting activities independently.
• Mumbai base candidates only
