Business & Administrative Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive assistant to help with the day-to-day tasks of a growing modeling and creative business.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit models for photoshoots
• Communicate with models and assist with castings
• Coordinate photoshoots and participants
• Research studios, locations, and other services when needed
• Assist with Instagram: posting content, Stories, and responding to messages
• Conduct online research and complete various online tasks
• Organize contacts, files, schedules, and spreadsheets
• Follow up with models, clients, and other contacts
• Assist with model digitals and comp cards
• Help with scheduling, appointments, and general organization
• Handle other standard administrative, organizational, and business tasks as needed

Requirements

• No previous experience required we are willing to train the right candidate
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using Instagram and basic online tools
• Good English
• Interest in fashion, modeling, and the creative industry is a plus
• Must be located nearby for occasional in-person work

Schedule

Part-time, flexible schedule.Hybrid: remote work + occasional in-person assistance.
