Personal Assistant

A Property Company in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal schedules and calendars, ensuring all commitments are met
• Handle correspondence, including personal email accounts and home mail
• Ensure the employer is punctual for all events and appointments
• Arrange private drivers and manage transportation logistics
• Book flights (primarily within Asia) and accommodation
• Manage all travel arrangements end-to-end
• Coordinate all personal appointments (medical, administrative, etc.)
• Manage calendars proactively with forward planning
• Manage social media interactions and assist with content scheduling
• Coordinate personal communications and social engagements
• Maintain health and wellness schedules
• Coordinate meal plans and food orders in line with dietary requirements
• Supervise and coordinate household staff (housekeeper, chef, gardener)
• Maintain stock levels of household and personal supplies

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Tech-savvy with experience using apps, booking platforms, and digital tools
