Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Working in Chairman office
• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times.
• Provide general office administrative support, including meeting minutes, calendar management, travel/hotel - arrangements, etc.
• Arrange and organize daily schedule, including business and personal appointment, meetings, conferences etc.
• Supervise daily routines of supporting staff including domestic helpers and drivers, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• At least 6 year of secretarial working experience .
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility.
