Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial support to management
• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized, efficient, details orientated and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes
• With accounting experience is an advantage
• Strong PC skills in MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with AI tools
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide administrative support to CEO and the team in coordination and organization of company matters, follow up on action items
• Organize and manage daily schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
• Prepare information, documents, presentations, events and company activities
• Draft reports, research, email correspondence with external parties, process and system filing of documents
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Salary :$23,000-$30,000
