Personal Assistant

Our client, an UHNWC based in Palm Beach, are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a busy household. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage a busy and varied schedule, anticipate needs, coordinate logistics, and ensure day-to-day responsibilities are handled efficiently and professionally.

This is a hands-on role requiring excellent judgement, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION: Personal Assistant

LOCATION: Palm Beach, Fl

HOURS: 9am - 5pm (with flexibility)

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: 3 days in office and occasionally visit the home property

COMPENSATION: $150-175k base (Bonus, benefits, lunch, and more provided)

BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED: Preferred
