Job Summary

Our client is seeking to hire a PERSONAL ASSISTANT who will provide administrative and day-to-day support to the executive, helping to manage schedules, correspondence, appointments, errands, and other personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, discreet, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other basic productivity tools.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle personal and professional tasks responsibly.
• Must be able to speak Hausa fluently
